Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item(s).
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we’re here to make it right. You have 90 days from delivery to report the issue, and we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange the pickup and courier to return the item(s) to our warehouse.

What’s covered:
We’ll repair or replace any part of your smart toilet that has a fault in materials or workmanship, under normal use, for three years from the date of purchase. This includes the important stuff:

Seat heating and water temperature controls.

Bidet spray arms and nozzle mechanisms.

Electronics and core functions like sensors and auto flushing.
Items that are subject to review:
Some things are considered wear-and-tear, consumables, or just out of our hands. These may include:

Aromatherapy pods, foam liquids, or other refillable items.

Cosmetic marks or surface scratches from cleaning or day-to-day use.
-
Any damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or power surges.

Wi-Fi, app, or voice control issues caused by changes in your home network or phone software.

Parts that need regular maintenance like filters or UV bulbs (we’ll guide you on when to replace them).
