Defective Products: If you receive a product that is deemed to be defective from the factory, we will provide a replacement. If the product is defective or the fault is ours, we will pay any return postage costs if a replacement item is shipped. Please note that we do not issue refunds for defective products unless a replacement unit is not available. Cash refunds or store credits for defective items must be approved on a case by case basis.

Change of Mind Returns: We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you change your mind about your purchase, we may offer a change of mind return. However, this is subject to approval on an order by order basis and all postage costs will be paid by the customer. The item must be returned in its original, un-damaged condition with all original packaging.
