Receiving Your Chair
We recommend a two-person lift when moving your chair carton. Our couriers deliver to the front door of the premises and may refuse to carry cartons inside your home or office. Please arrange help if you need to move the chair indoors or upstairs.
Courier collection times may vary. Delivery times are estimates, and courier schedules or other factors outside our control may occasionally delay dispatch or delivery.
We want you to be happy with your Halo chair. Our returns policy covers change-of-mind returns and support for chairs that arrive damaged, are incorrectly supplied or develop a fault.
Change of Mind Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Your chair must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the chair, we will refund the item price.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Chairs
If your chair arrives damaged or incorrect, or develops a fault, contact Deskup promptly with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us assess it. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
For a covered fault, transit damage or an incorrectly supplied chair, we will arrange and pay for collection if a return is required. Please contact us before sending your chair back so we can organise the next steps. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product return.
Your Consumer Rights
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are additional to this policy and our warranty. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your rights if your chair is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, and those rights may continue beyond the warranty period.
A chair worth keeping. Support you can count on.
Halo is backed by a five-year Deskup warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, with the option to extend your cover to seven years.
We stand behind the chair you use every day. If a covered fault develops during normal home or office use, we’ll arrange the repair or replacement needed to put it right.
Replacement parts stocked in Australia
We keep replacement parts for Halo here in Australia, helping you maintain your chair and replace individual components as needed. A worn or damaged part shouldn’t mean starting again with a whole new chair.
Our team can help identify the right component and provide fitting guidance where it can safely be replaced at home. Replacement parts are also available to purchase for maintenance and repairs outside warranty coverage, subject to availability.
Deal directly with Deskup
If something isn’t right, contact us with your order details and a photo or short video showing the issue. We’ll assess it and explain the next steps clearly. You deal with Deskup throughout the process.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects rather than normal wear, accidental damage or misuse. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty and may continue beyond its stated term.
